How we use this information: Dank PoS uses the details above to verify your eligibility for the selected role, carry out compliance checks (including against public DBD company and DTAM licence registries for business roles), prevent abuse (we log your IP address and allow two requests per network) and create your account. Declined requests are deleted after 12 months; approved data stays with your account. Data is stored with Supabase and emails are sent via Resend, which may process it outside Thailand. Contact privacy@dankpos.app to exercise your rights.
