Website Terms of Use

This site provides information about the Dank PoS business software for licensed cannabis operators, and lets businesses and professionals request demos and platform access. We do not sell, advertise or promote cannabis products, and nothing on this site is an offer to supply them.

Use of the Dank PoS platform itself is governed by a separate customer agreement. Downloadable software is governed by the licence terms shown at installation.

You must be at least 20 years old to use this site or submit a request. When you submit a request for a business, you confirm that you are authorised to act for it and that the information you give is accurate. Access is only granted to applicants we verify as licensed or otherwise eligible under applicable Thai law, and we may decline any request.

You must not:

• submit false, misleading or someone else’s information, or impersonate any person or business;
• try to get unauthorised access to the site, the staff control workspace, or other users’ data;
• interfere with the site’s security, rate limits or availability, or use automated means to scrape or flood it;
• use the site for any unlawful purpose, including breaches of Thai cannabis, controlled-herb or advertising regulations.

The site and its content, including text, graphics, logos, 3D assets, videos and software, belong to Dank PoS or its licensors. You may view and print pages for your own evaluation of our services. Any other use needs our prior written permission. Our brand kit may be used only as described on the brand kit page.

The site links to, or embeds, third-party services such as government registries and SoundCloud. We are not responsible for their content or practices, and their own terms and privacy policies apply.

The site content is general information about our products and does not constitute legal, regulatory, tax or medical advice. Feature descriptions, prices and regulatory references may change and should be confirmed in your customer agreement. To the extent permitted by law, the site is provided “as is”, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from its use.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Thai law, including under the Unfair Contract Terms Act B.E. 2540 and the Consumer Protection Act B.E. 2522, or limits your rights under data-protection law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand, and the Thai courts have jurisdiction over any dispute. If you are a consumer living elsewhere, you keep any protection that the mandatory laws of your country give you.

These terms are available in Thai and English. For users in Thailand, the Thai version prevails if the two differ.
